Terri Wilcox understands the effects of family and business relationships on company performance. More importantly, she knows how to improve them. Terri’s experience as a teacher and writer brings skill sets to support teams at all levels of communication. Her passion lies in coaching. With a second degree and career in coaching, curriculum development and training at a national level, she knows how to facilitate and train essential business concepts in a way that people understand and buy into.
Terry has developed team-building sessions for management, train-the-trainer programs, and assisted organizations with their people strategies as well as facilitated many planning sessions in an effort to assist an organization’s culture with adapting to change. She has used her training and facilitation skills to help numerous organizations create their vision. As a cancer survivor, she is active with the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, and community survivor events.
